Once the great day arrives, our hard work has paid off and you have found the home you want to buy, I will help you structure an offer that meets your needs in terms of price, closing date and other critical issues.

I will present the offer on your behalf, and will negotiate an agreement with the seller that is acceptable to you.

Once the deal is made, you will pick a lawyer to handle the closing of the purchase. Typically the closing date is 60 to 90 days after the deal is made. The closing date is one of the key terms that is negotiated for you. I will coordinate the closing process with the lawyer of your choice.

Prior to closing, you will arrange for a moving company, and you will also arrange for telephone, heating and electrical service for your new home.

Your lawyer will handle the closing process for you, and on the closing date will arrange with the seller's lawyer to get you the keys to your new home!
